The label for 'or similar models' was very unclear, and we only noticed it at the store when an employee pointed it out. Also, the insurance details were only explained in-store, indicating that insurance must be handled through the car rental platform. In summary, many details were vaguely described during the booking process, and full explanations were given only when picking up the car.

Convenient pickup and drop-off. The only issue is that returning the car eight hours late is considered a full extra day, costing more than an additional day's rental.
