The counter staff was very rude

The rental car agent did not give included liability insurance which was listed in the booking. You should fix this issue. Every time I rent, they deny the liability insurance included in the booking and charge extra over the counter.

I specifically requested not to have a Japanese car but found out it was still a Japanese car once I reached the parking spot. With luggage and kids, it was inconvenient to go back and queue to change the car. In the end, when leaving the parking lot, they asked me to modify my order and added several insurance items I didn't need.

I had difficulties with my payment card and the staff at Hertz were very helpful and patient (even waiting for me beyond the closing time)

Initial vehicle was smelly and noisy. Replacement was clean, and drove well. Staff very helpful.

Easy booking through internet site. Pick-up at Hertz was straight forward.
