Too many people, queued for two hours

Usually, when booking through Zuzuche, the available cars at the store are the less desirable ones in the category, and there's no way to upgrade without paying extra!

We landed at NCE T1 and the pick-up was at T2. If I had known I would have possibly booked another rental to avoid the bus transfer (10mins) with my family and the large amount of luggage we had. Once at T2 there was no problems and the pick-up was smooth and easy. Staff were polite and efficient.

Easy booking process and competitive price.

It will be brilliant if you have the hours rate for the late drop off. 2 hours extra cost for me the same like a hole day.
