人は多いですが秩序があり、店員も解答には辛抱強いです。約束していた時間の12時に客が時間通りに返してくれなかったので2時間半待ちました。最後に店員の調節、もともとsuv車は無料で私達にセナにアップグレードして、ほとんど9割の新しい車、スーパー省油、スーパー広い。14日後になって、やっぱり大きい車がいいと証明されました。私たち4人で6箱5箱の包みは、まったくストレスがありません。しかも、車を返した時間も12時です。電話をして、延長して返したいと思ったら、店員さんが2時半に取りますから、返したのも2時半です。本当にとても道理があります、とにかく今回のレンタカーは楽しくて超値です、オススメです!

Thrifty didn’t have a hybrid car when I came for pick up. They offered a full size car. I don’t want to wait any longer due to long flight plus time zone difference. The receipt shows a few dollars more than the reservation. I am okay with it. The car is in good condition and very clean. However, when I returned the car, I got a receipt that charged double the reservation amount. The per day rate went up to $45 instead of $30 at reservation. I was in rush catching up the flight, that had no time to argue with Thrift. Very annoyed.
