It's best to take photos as evidence and confirm the scratches with the staff while looking at their records. The return process was also smooth. The staff only asked if everything was okay, I said yes, and after a few minutes of waiting, I cleared the remaining payment. There was no upselling during the pickup process; I just showed my driver's license, passport, pickup form, and credit card. The car was in great condition.

The vehicle is running well, the staff is friendly and helpful. Very satisfied.
