The process was a bit slow, it took an hour for the person before me to get their car and for me to finish my paperwork.

Overall, it was quite good. The car they gave us had over 50,000 kilometers, but it still drove well.

Upon returning from renting a car in the UAE, we were charged 1400 yuan for allegedly exceeding the speed limit by 30 km/h. However, we checked with the traffic authorities, and the speed limit for that road is 100 km/h. The car we rented is set to a maximum speed of 120 km/h and alerts if that speed is exceeded, so it is impossible for us to have driven at 130 km/h. We are currently requesting the original ticket through Zuzuche to Herts rental. We have not received it yet and hope Herts and the Zuzuche platform assume their responsibility and provide us with an explanation as soon as possible!
