It was afternoon when we arrived, no queue ahead, signed, got the car, done in 20 minutes. Bought full insurance from QEEQ, the staff didn’t push any additional insurance. After returning the car, the credit card hold was released in 3 days, very efficient.
Like: The staff were friendly and genuinely caring. Dislike: My original car broke down because of a problem with the battery. I did not get home until 4am. The replacement car was smaller than my original but they did not charge me for petrol refill when the car was replaced, and there was no problem replacing the car.
