The line was a bit long.

The service was just okay. They asked if I needed extra fuel and additional insurance but didn't ask if I wanted the reserved model. They gave me a Buick SUV instead of the Ford I had reserved, claiming both cars were in the same category and were of equal value. I wasn't aware of this at first, so I waited for half an hour for a car that was not prepared in advance. When I noticed the car wasn't the same, I went to discuss it. I found out that the model I reserved was available, and I didn't understand why they didn't give it to me in the first place. Eventually, they switched it back to the reserved model.

Efficient and Quick Service

Helpful staff. They correctly suggested that we need more space and we paid for an upgrade. Very roomy vehicle, although the mileage was poor(Toyota 4runner). Overall it was very good for 4 persons.
