The service at AVIS was barely acceptable, but some issues were not resolved in a timely manner. The vehicle pickup process at the store was cumbersome and we had some unnecessary trouble with the staff. Although my order clearly included the fee for a second driver, the staff insisted that they couldn't find this in the order and overcharged me by $70 billion. However, the QEEQ platform staff provided strong support and resolved the issue satisfactorily in the end.

Very convenient

I booked and paid online in full via the Zuzuche website, but when picking up the car, AVIS staff tried to add extra charges which I declined. They were rude and secretly added a service fee. I've been coordinating with Zuzuche customer service for almost two weeks, and it’s still not resolved.

The wait time for picking up the car was quite long. The staff kept persuading us to upgrade the vehicle, and the pricing was not very transparent. The return process, however, was fairly simple and smooth.
