新しい車を取りに行くのも速いです。すべてとても悪くありません。ただ私は店に車を取りに行く注文で、その前に車を借りる時間を2時間多く設定して、1日の費用が必要になります。また、サンフランシスコ空港の近くにガソリンスタンドが見つからず、以前はガソリンを満タンにしていたのに、高速道路のロスで0.2マス(最大10ドル)も落としてしまったので、Avisの従業員は私がガソリンを満タンにしなくても車を返し、30ドルの料金を上乗せして注意を喚起した。

When picking up the car, the customer service aggressively pushed several insurance options. After refusing, they said they wouldn't give me the car without insurance. Had no choice but to purchase one insurance plan, costing an extra $14 per day. The service attitude was very poor. However, when returning the car, the customer service was great, polite, friendly, and meticulous.

The girl at the San Francisco counter was really pushing for insurance, and even called a Chinese staff member to explain it to us. It wasted a lot of our time. Also, both times we chose a two-door car, but they only had four-door cars available at the counter. Quite disappointing.
