レンタカー会社は1日4ユーロの軽油料金を受け取り、保険を勧める。国内で保険を買ったので,小僧は機嫌が悪い。油保証金157ユーロ。車の傷を細かく見るのは、お客さんにはうんざりです。自働車が提供する自働車の傷付き画像の下の文字、英文を増やすことを提案します。(全部イタリア語が分からない) しかし、私たちの意外な情況が発生した後、提供する高速乗り換えのサービスはまだとても職業的で、とても親切です。

“Collection was a nightmare and id likely avoid this company. However the vehicle I got was great”

Absolute shambles. Waited over 3.5 hrs to get the car. Long line, not moving, no cars, not much staff. After getting to the counter, had to wait another 30mins for my car as it wasn't there ? Resulted in me missing a paid activity which I.belieb I should be compensated for at the very least

I contacted Qeeq to discuss how long I had to wait and enquire about compensation. They said they are looking into this and will get back to me. So far they have been very responsive but are awaiting to hear back from goldcar

This company is actually GOLD CAR. If it's this company, do not rent from them. They forcefully sell insurance and won't give you the car otherwise. The insurance is very expensive too!
