Overall, it's alright. However, the website indicated that GPS was free with a deposit, but at the counter, it was $25 per day. Eventually, we upgraded to an Audi Q5 with built-in navigation for $36 per day. Other than that, everything was fine as it's a big rental company. The rental and return process was smooth.

However, the pickup and drop-off locations from QEEQ were very unclear. Nobody could accurately tell me the exact location. I suggest adding pictures and more detailed instructions. QEEQ is essentially an agent or intermediary, but many things I had to handle directly with third parties. I signed the contract with QEEQ, so I feel like QEEQ is trying to avoid responsibility.

The rental location is convenient and easy to find, the service attitude is very good, and the staff are very attentive. Picking up the car is very easy, and the car is in excellent condition. I rented a car that was less than a month old and had only driven 1,700 kilometers. The car was very clean inside and out when I picked it up. Returning the car took less than a minute. I'll choose Hertz for my next trip and hope their service is as good in other countries.
