T1 T2ターミナルは乗り入れが可能。先に行ったT1、最初から勢いよくupsell僕の高い車種、E系のベンツ、Q5など。T2を回ってもupsellを続けるが,選択は多めである。しかし、僕が注文した車種については最初から話したことがなかった。

“Beware of europcar car sizes will try and give you a smaller car than you booked”

Try to give me a smaller car than I booked and were only interested in selling me an upgrade. Took nearly an hour of arguing to get a car big enough. Terrible customer service
