Once asked if you bought full insurance, they won't recommend it again. I walked from the long-distance train station to terminal 1 to pick up the car. The route is a bit long, but there are many signs. If you plan to go to another country, be sure to mention it in advance. It should be noted on the receipt and the fee charged. Otherwise, you need to find a Hertz location near Germany to add to the contract before leaving the country, which can be inconvenient.

There were very few people, almost no queues. There are four counters where you can pick up the car. A young lady was very nice. However, a middle-aged woman was unfriendly to newcomers. One major dissatisfaction was that I booked a Volvo and asked if I could get one if I wait until the reserved time. They said it's impossible to get a Volvo.
