We picked up the car at 11:30 AM local time and returned it at 11:30 PM. The lady who attended us, wearing braces, was very patient and helpful! She even helped us set up the GPS and activate the internet on our HAPPY Card. Much appreciated! The car was new and powerful. The car's condition was better than the road's condition. I drove nearly 900 KM and only used 3000B of diesel! Very economical, right? Haha.

The only dissatisfaction was when returning the car. I got lost and wandered around for a long time. It took a long time to communicate with the rental company, and they just kept saying they were off work. Negotiating a late return was quite troublesome. Overall, it was a fairly good experience. The car had a problem; the automatic transmission kept stalling, and in Thailand, this caused numerous rolling incidents.

This is my third time using this car over a period of 6 months and it has taken on some slight scratches and has a noticeable dent to the rear since my last visit. The damage is not a big deal to me but if people are losing their deposits and not actually seeing any repairs towards the vehicle I think that is wrong.

Easy to book and always throwing some coupons in to save more.

Like: Got a free upgrade to a bigger car but it was an older model with high mileage
Dislike: Car had high milage and medocre condition overall
