不満です。コンシェルジュがいつも勧めていたプランプランは長い列に並んでいた。油は1箱53ユーロ。小型車が満タンになれば35ユーロで十分!大事なのはガソリンの大半しか持っていないのに。 相談してレンタカーの紙に一筆書き、安心しろと言った。この油の量だけ車を返せばOK ! 約束通りガソリンをいっぱい積んで車を返した。そして確信を持ってすべてOK、perfect!ガソリンの量にも異議はありません! 車を返して1週間後、車の運行は0.15ユーロを返して、残りはすべて差し引いて、気絶します。 クレームの手続きが始まりました。最初は相手にしないで、何度も催促した後、1ヶ月近く後に私の前払いしたオイルマネーを返しました!難しいよ……

“Hassle not worth the savings”

Long waits for checkin. Chaotic checkin and checkout procedures. Charged more than my agreement stated (multiple extra deposits). Long ride to-from airport, and shuttle service limited. Overall, the hassle was not worth the savings.
