AVISのような国際的な大手企業では、まだまだ問題が多いと言われていますが、仕事の効率が悪いのは共通の病気です。一番憎いのは、私がQeeqプラットフォームで保険を買ったことを知ったカウンター店員が、まず売り込んだこと。私の態度が断固としているのを見て、売り込みの手段は極めて卑劣になって、ごまかしの手段で私に国内で買った保険はそのために失効するかもしれないことを教えてくれた。どうしても車の話ができなかったので、お勧めの保険を買うしかなかった。そして実際に車がトラブルを起こし、様々な理由でクレームをつける。多額の維持費を受け取っているのに、小さなガラスが360ドルもかかっている。

Avis Belgrade, is pretty slow in service. Though pickup didn't bothered me much, drop off took almost 2hrs. Luckily I had time in my hand or else I would have missed my flight. There was a minor scratch on the car for which they charged me almost 400 euros. Bad part is the charge was mentioned on the invoice as insurance premium. Thanks ERC, they managed to convince Insurer about the genuineness of the charges.

Price drop protector is a great option. It saved me 10% as ERC auto booked me with lower price. ERC was also very co-operative in helping me on insurance claim. I have purchased additional coverage from them which took care of access charged by Avis.
