Inspection showed no issues and we signed off, but later they emailed claiming there was damage and charged me nearly a thousand yuan without reason. This is a terrible company!!

The counter staff is efficient, making both car pickup and drop-off very convenient.

They don’t have terminal in T3. I had to get a shuttle to get to T1 and the same for the return of the car.

The car was very basic compared to the one advertised. I landed at terminal 2 and the pickup was at terminal 1. There was no shuttle between the terminals and I had to catch a taxi to go from one to the other. Once I did get there however, the staff at the counter were very helpful.

There was a scratched area on the lower rear bumper which had been partly repainted which neither the FAST agent nor me spotted at time of pick-up but which was noticed on return. I am concerned that I may end up being liable for damage which I did not cause.
