Picked up the car at Munich Airport in Germany. The instructions differed slightly from what we found online, which was confusing. Asked at the information desk and then saw the signs. Took a number, waited in line, showed our documents, and were done very quickly.

The young man at the airport branch was very nice and patient. My English is poor, but he used Google Translate to help me understand him. Since I had already purchased full insurance from the company, there was no push to buy additional insurance. It was a good experience.
