They took advantage of my lack of English skills, added insurance fees directly to the contract without explaining, and had me swipe my card for a deposit before signing. Currently requesting a refund through the rental platform; this company is quite unpleasant.

The location was very easy to find, right next to the train station. For car pickup, you provide driver information, get the keys, and the car. I bought full insurance, so just say 'no' to any additional requests from the staff.

Europcar is pretty good and advised me not to buy insurance directly through the app, as I would still need to pay 6,000 dollars first before getting compensated by the app. This wasn't mentioned on the platform before.
