The cars are nice, and even the same models seem better equipped than those in China. When returning the car in Las Vegas, I didn't know and thought returns could be made in the city, so I took many unnecessary detours and wasted a lot of time. The service staff at the store was really infuriating. There was a bit of forced selling, asking me to upgrade my insurance. I initially said no, but he directly added it to the bill. Hertz is a few kilometers away from Los Angeles airport. The queue wasn't too long, but they did try to upsell. I booked a mid-sized SUV like a Toyota Rav4 or a similar model, but they said Rav4 or Ford Escape would cost extra. Initially, they gave me a Jeep SUV with over 30,000 miles, which seemed to be a Compass. I didn't want it, but couldn't choose freely in the parking lot. I had to go back to the counter, and they gave me a slightly newer Jeep Compass. I insisted I didn't like Jeeps, and there were many Nissan Rogues in the parking lot. Finally, they gave me a Nissan Rogue.

I'm not good at English, but the process went very smoothly. I had an impression that Hearts was expensive, but the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use Hertz next time.
