Did not get the car and there was no communication, very irresponsible

Did not inform in advance that they are closed on weekends; The final bill lacked detailed breakdown (though the amount seemed correct)

Almost no waiting time for processing, returning the car was very convenient. However, it took a while to find the return location due to inaccurate navigation!

This was the worst car rental experience ever. When picking up the car, I was given a confirmation sheet with many scratches not marked. Luckily, I checked it, otherwise I would have been held responsible when returning the car. Upon returning, they claimed there were scratches on the mirror, downward and very tiny, definitely not caused by driving. I didn't have any collisions while driving, yet they demanded compensation. I've never encountered this in North America.
