They kept intimidating us to upgrade to a more expensive model, claiming the reserved car wasn't available and gave us a two-door mini car, leaving us in a tough spot. About the insurance, they said if we didn't buy it, we needed to provide local social security numbers, basically implying it was illegal to drive without it. I wondered, is the Zuzuche website a big scam? Can't I just drive without these extras? I had already paid over 2000 online, then was forced to pay an additional $390 on-site. The experience was horrible, and I will never choose Zuzuche again, nor recommend it to anyone!

The service was excellent. We had a lot of luggage and had to change cars several times, but they were very patient. All our requests were patiently handled. Foreign service tends to be quite good.
