The booking price didn't match the price I paid at the counter. How come? The invoice I've got after booking says the price includes all the fees and taxes. What is the difference between paying for a nice, clean car without scratches and dents, and paying the same price for a crappy car? I am not complaining about the staff, but Hertz's policy.
