The rental car agent did not give included liability insurance which was listed in the booking. You should fix this issue. Every time I rent, they deny the liability insurance included in the booking and charge extra over the counter.

It's funny. An African American lady insisted on seeing my SSN, wasting a lot of my time. Later, another person helped me and said SSN was not needed at all. They blamed it on a computer issue. Alright then.

“We got to hertz and they told us they simply didn’t have any cars we had talk to them the day before”

Awful customer service we got to the counter and they simply told us we didn’t have any cars they didn’t help us find another car they didn’t offer us a replacement we were left in an unknown city on our own
