トータルサービスはいいですね。 しかし非常に不満なこともあります 空港に車を取りに行った時、私を接待したのは若い女性で、彼女はとても友好的で、しかし専門性が足りなかった。深圳で半年ほどイタリア語を教えていたが、このレンタカーで働いた期間は長くなかったという。私がインターネット予約のベンツa無货物系、彼女は彼女のそばに尋ね油っこい食べ物のある中年の男、その男に彼女を推薦した他の機種ベンツ、毎日がもう28ユーロを課し、当面の反対が激しく、私と彼は私を借り20日間のため、できる降を毎日10ユーロを課し、私は反対に、女の子を歓迎しない私のあの油っこい男に私たちの话している。 イタリア・ミラノ空港でのレンタカーを利用するとは思いも寄らず、このような不適格な事態が発生!

This car rental company is a big scam. They gave me an old Renault and classified it as a higher class. I returned the car with a full tank but was overcharged. This company must be crazy about making money.

The service attitude was extremely poor, and the car provided was very different from the one booked. There were no other car options available, and they threatened that the purchased insurance would not meet basic needs.
