Great attitude

This car rental experience was okay. The rules at different locations vary, and QEEQ did not show this, so we had to discuss it in person at the store. Some experience and language skills are necessary.

Overall service is quite good. There was an unexpected issue with the vehicle and the replacement was not very timely. The language barrier and replacement procedure were not clear enough, and there was no assistance at critical moments, which was somewhat frustrating.

Car rental procedures are simple and quick, and the return process is straightforward.

There weren't many people in the store, so there was no queue. The service from the staff was quite standard. They asked if I wanted to buy additional insurance, and after I answered 'No,' they didn't press further. The car was the same model as the one I reserved, not very new but well-maintained, and it performed well throughout the trip. The whole process was very smooth.
