予定通り、現地時間6月9日午後4時にHertzオフィスに到着した。事務室の前に1箇の切符を取る机があって、その時#90番のチップを処理して、私は#94番のチップを持って、前方に3つのサービスのカウンターがあって、結局午後5時半にやっと私の番になった。Hertz社員の仕事の効率があまりにも悪い。私がサービスを受ける番になった時、私は今車の資源が緊張していると言われて、Ford車の車種を交換して、しかし20分もっと待たなければ車を取りません。車を取るのにたった一つの動作で、二時間もかかった。
