Excellent! Great service and car condition! Will choose again next time! And it's very affordable!

YESAWAY was amazing. I've never used it before, but I will surely use it again. The only issue we had was with the gas tank when returning the car. Still waiting to hear back since I'm hoping not to be charged.

We received larger vehicle from lot. Vehicle in poor condition. Brakes rattled, car quickly overheated driving in traffic, car felt as though it was not safe and needed to be serviced badly. When I contacted YESAWAY, they were unable to accommodate us unless we drove the 2.5 hour back to LA. Discussion about what was wrong with the car resulted in customer service agent stating that if something was wrong with the car, it was our fault since we drove it off the lot. Very disappointed in overall quality and service.

Like: I liked the pricing and also the free upgrade. Definitely will use it again if I’m ever in LA

Like: They were friendly and economical.
Dislike: Everything was above and beyond.
