全体的なサービスは悪くない。意外なのは、車を取る過程が人工的な一対一のサービスなのだが、これは欧米ではあまり見られないようだ。返却前日に車庫で不注意で車のドアを擦ってしまったし、レンタカーを借りるのに十分な保険を買ってしまった。

We waited a long time to pick up the car. People who arrived after us were helped first. We booked a Nissan Qashqai but were given a Ford MPV with over 100,000 kilometers. Larger cars are hard to drive in Europe, and we ended up breaking the mirror during a narrow pass. Luckily, we had purchased the full insurance from the rental company, which should cover this. But it was still frustrating. A reminder to rent smaller cars in Europe.
