Great company, affordable prices, new cars, simple procedures.

The service attitude was okay, but because I did not purchase the additional insurance, the car provided was in poor condition. It was a red Kia with no power to climb hills, and the engine was unstable, functioning inconsistently. In the signal-less mountains, it almost stalled, scaring me half to death. During the 9 days of self-driving in the USA, I was constantly on edge, worried the car would break down in the middle of nowhere.

I've rented many times before and it was fine, but this time the attendant was awful.

Insurance claims are being avoided.

The queue time was too long. We booked the car in April, but there were no cars available when we arrived, making us wait for about 5 hours without any compensation.
