車を取って1時間近く列を作った。私達は実は朝早く着いて、しかしまだ車を取ります時間に着いていないで、あの時車を取ります店は人がいないで、しかし店の人は先に手続きをすることを望んで、私達に回って帰る時すでに人はとても多いです!それに車を取りに行って手続きをする時、店の人は私達に教えて、私達の予定の車種がなくなって、私達を困惑させます!

のできるが、やっぱりちょっと分からない、費用もやはり現場を払い、あらかじめ付はもっとはっきりと一度に経験した。まだ少し小さい変更があって、もし全面的に変更しないで、再度再度の予定が要らなくて、いいです、本当に少し面倒です!また、再予約する前に予定していた車種がなくなってしまうかもしれません。

Very satisfied. We originally booked a Mercedes A-Class and were worried that our three large suitcases wouldn't fit. However, Hertz upgraded us to a Volvo SUV with ample capacity.

Generally satisfied, but the vehicle provided was different from what we reserved. We booked a Ford MPV with 7 seats, but got a Mercedes Vito with 9 seats. It was much larger and no reason was given. We didn't bother asking when we saw the car.
