The rental staff were very polite and had a good service attitude.

We recorded a video during pickup showing an issue with the rim. When we returned the car, they claimed there was a problem with the same rim. We showed them the video, and they verbally acknowledged it and said it was noted and there would be no charge. However, four days later, we were still charged.

The service attitude was okay, but there is a distance between the Munich train station outlet and the pickup location, and no staff accompanied us to pick up the car. The car's computer system malfunctioned during pickup, and it took the garage staff a long time to fix it, wasting an hour. If there are issues with the car, you have to negotiate back at the outlet with your luggage, which is very inconvenient.

The store usually changes cars. There's generally no need to pay extra for a car upgrade. For cars of the same price, check them first. The service attitude is good, especially the staff at the car lot who are very friendly.

Even if I didn't get the car required the replacement was even better. Europcar staff was very helpful and efficient. Both pick-up and drop-off went smoothly. I would recommend them anytime.
