車を取るのは効率がよくなくて、同時に3台の車を予約して、1台の自働車は車がなくて、手動の行をあげてはいけないと言うことができ(ありえ)て、くだらないもし手動のあれができるならばまだ自動を注文することができ(ありえ)ますか?自動ギアと手動ギアの価格は数百も違うのに、無視していいのか?車を用意しないということの、注文を前倒しする意味は何か?現場ではまた別の車の配車に連絡して、三十分以上待った。車庫に行って車を取りに行くのもいろいろな状況で、一つは注文を持っていない、一つは鍵を持っていない、また取りに戻って行って、時間が遅れて……車を返して帰って来て車のシャーシがあって2つ擦って擦ると言って、しかし私達は何も会っていないのに、しかし車を取ります時もこれは特別な証拠がないことを見ていないので、弁償することしかできなくて、1つ擦って1000ヨーロッパ、同じく高いのが離家で、良いのは全危険を買いました……皆さんは必ず全危険を買うことを覚えてください!

I'll skip the minor issues, but the most serious problem is that this car rental company randomly charged my credit card, overcharging me by more than 600 euros. They couldn't explain why this happened or where the extra charge came from. Is charging customers arbitrary? If so, running this business must be easy. The counter attendant was extremely unhelpful and had a bad attitude, almost as if I owed them something. Overall, the trip was great, but the car rental experience was terrible. There won't be a next time.

Машина оказалась отличная, но вместо автомата хотели выдать механику, что было неприемлемо, учитывая оплаченный автомат, вместо гибрида дали дизель (не страшно), девушка менеджер либо не опытна, либо не достаточно сообразительна, в офис не дозвониться
