Although the rental policy stated that the car should be returned with a full tank, this was not the case. The fuel gauge showed two bars less than full when picking up the car. While I was told to return it with the same fuel level, it is difficult for renters who are unfamiliar with the car’s fuel consumption. Usually, the car gets returned with a full tank, which is unfair to renters.

Habitual good review.

Local Thai rental company is great, not inferior to Avis or others.

Please call Chic as they are in domestic arrivals which is like 5 mins walk from international arrivals. They will walk you through to counter. Car rental has 110k miles so it was knackered but worked well along with air con in excruciatingly hot Phuket.

Easy affordable, will use again.

Counter staff were not sure of the insurance cover chosen by the customer, this occurred with myself and the customer being served next to me.
