ミュンヘン空港で車を受け取るとき、保険に入るかどうかと係員に尋ねられたので、私はもう単独で買ったので、買う必要はないと言った。言葉の疎通の問題のため、なぜか1部の契約を締結して、内包の保険とその他の有名でない項目、具体的な内容を聞く時私に車を返す時に余分な金額を返しますことを教えます。スタッフの辛抱強く、説明もせず、不作為に500ユーロを余計に支払ってしまった!車の運転手がまったく事実を認めず、差額を払い戻してくれないのは詐欺行為だ。

Booked a Mercedes, ended up with a Ford. There were at least two similar Mercedes parked nearby. When I asked customer service, they said it's the same grade and refused to change.
