Overall, I am quite satisfied. Since I purchased full insurance on the platform, I didn't need to buy it at the car rental office. They just blocked 800 euros on my card. The process went smoothly.

This rental company forced us to buy insurance. We told them we already purchased insurance on the rental platform, but their response was: either buy insurance or cancel the contract and sign a new one at a different price. In the end, we had to negotiate with the rental platform to refund the insurance and buy their expensive insurance.

Both the rental and return processes were smooth and straightforward.
