Overall, I am quite satisfied. The cost performance is high (except for the difficulty in finding the pickup location). However, it's been three days since I returned the car, and I haven't received my deposit back yet. I will provide additional feedback once it's refunded.
The car rental company is outside the airport, and you need to take a bus to get to the rental point. It took some time to adapt right after landing and the wait for the bus was quite long. However, once at the rental point, everything was convenient with no need to queue. The staff were also very nice.
It's okay, but the credit card pre-authorization requires a whopping 750 euros, otherwise, you're forced to buy a 120-euro full insurance. Really awful.
The order listed an A3, but I was given a Golf. They claimed it's the same category, but the booking price for a Golf was several times cheaper than for an A3. So, I recommend booking a Golf directly instead of something like an A3 to avoid paying more for the same car.
