Pick-up Instructions

The OK Mobility - Madrid Airport car rental location is located out of the airport

Terminal 1 From the luggage belt, follow the sign until exiting the terminal at the ground floor. Once outside the terminal, head right and cross the zebra crossing in front of the EMT bus stop, cross and look for left luggage sign. Once crossed look for the bus stop labelled in yellow as Bus Hotel located in front of the left luggage office. Terminal 2 From the luggage belt, follow the sign to Bus Connecting inside the terminal continue following the sign on your left hand side. Look for the exit signage to the express parking lot and leave the terminal through the indicated exit. Once outside the terminal cross the zebra crossing and follow the right hand side indications Bus stop EMT-Hotels- Agencies. Terminal 4 From the luggage belt you will see an exit with indications towards bus and shuttle. Use this exit to get to the outside of the terminal. Cross the zebra crossing on the right hand side of the exit door coming from the luggage belts. Crossing you will see the signage and several buses. Follow the indication of bus hotel to the left.

The order listed an A3, but I was given a Golf. They claimed it's the same category, but the booking price for a Golf was several times cheaper than for an A3. So, I recommend booking a Golf directly instead of something like an A3 to avoid paying more for the same car.

The car rental company is outside the airport, and you need to take a bus to get to the rental point. It took some time to adapt right after landing and the wait for the bus was quite long. However, once at the rental point, everything was convenient with no need to queue. The staff were also very nice.
