The car rental company is outside the airport, and you need to take a bus to get to the rental point. It took some time to adapt right after landing and the wait for the bus was quite long. However, once at the rental point, everything was convenient with no need to queue. The staff were also very nice.

They switched to a manual transmission car, the waiting time was extremely long, and they charged additional cross-border and cleaning fees.

It's okay, but the credit card pre-authorization requires a whopping 750 euros, otherwise, you're forced to buy a 120-euro full insurance. Really awful.
