サービス態度がよくて、カウンターのレンタカーの手続きが多くて、各手続きがうまくいっていれば(確認や再疎通ができていない場合)、すべての手続きを済ませるのに二十分かかる。各顧客の処理が長いため、長い列に併んで、私たちは20分以上待って、やっと私たちの番になった(実際に私たちの前に併んでいない、3人の従業員の前にすべて顧客がある)。

They require you to buy insurance, and you can't pick up the car without it. Furthermore, if there are any issues, they make it difficult to dispute. I showed two credit cards, and they deliberately chose the one that had been active for less than a year. When I complained to the car rental platform, MEX Rental Company ignored my complaint citing a credit card discrepancy. So, if you choose MEX Rental Company, you need both courage and luck!
