When we realized we forgot some documents, the cancellation period had already passed, resulting in us paying for nothing. During the negotiation, they promised to try their best to help us rent a car, but in the end, there was no solution. Due to the flight delay, we neither got the car nor received a refund. Their reason was simple and direct, their attitude very proper, but they didn't resolve the issue. We will never use or recommend this car rental company again.
