到着後、ほかに客がいなかったので、車を取りに行くときに一緒に検車をしないで、自分で車を一周した。戻ってきた時の傷の跡は330ヨーロッパで、後の保険の棒の傷、幸いにも保険があって、もし保険がなければあまりにも高いです。

Terrible experience. They inspected the car with a magnifying glass, charged 100 euros for a small scratch, 300 euros for a dent, and 50 euros for being slightly low on fuel. In the end, they charged 550 euros. The worst part is that the damage was not caused by the renter, and it was hard to see anything when picking up the car in the dark.
