Initially, we were given a new 7-seater Sorento with 1300 kilometers at Atocha. It had all the features and was easy to drive, but it was uncomfortable for six of us. After discussing, we found that only the airport had an Optima available. So, I drove the Sorento to the airport to exchange it for the 75000-kilometer Optima. The car was in decent condition, no insurance sales pitch, and the exchange process was smooth. Overall, a good experience!

The wait time was too long; the efficiency of European workers is evidently not as high as that of Chinese workers.

The rental location was a bit hard to find, but the staff was very helpful and the rental process was quick.

I have to wait more than ten minutes because was Easter time and was busy, nevertheless the staff was very helpful and attended. The office was a little difficult to find because in Atocha there is just one sign that show you were are the rent a car offices, not very easy to find, non of them not only álamo.
