I booked a mini car as I have a small parking space at my apartment. The smallest they could give me was a Peugeot 308, which was far bigger than I needed and which was difficult to park.
Only electronic signatures, no paper records. I bought full insurance from the rental car company through Zuzuche. However, the rental car company still asked me to purchase additional insurance, which I didn't quite understand and ended up signing for. Consequently, I was charged an extra one thousand dollars for insurance. Zuzuche later translated the insurance names for me. I don't understand Chinese terms very well, let alone French.
The car pickup and drop-off were both very smooth, with few procedures and fast service.
