We hadn't twigged that the car hire location was not at the airport. But the shuttle arrived quickly, and once we were at the location the actual pick-up was quick and efficient. Thanks!
The processes of pick-up and return were okay. But the car itself was too old. Thus, when I made a right turn, the body made some awkward noise; the transmission change was not smooth when I started to run; and the brake did not work well.
Like: The car was good and clean. The staf was friendly. Dislike: The reservation on my creditcard was very high (€ 1275) in relation to the value of the car. That amount is also to high for tourists who need to use there creditcard for other purposes. An other policy would is recommanded.
