Satisfied. The company is small, but offers professional service. However, the deposit is quite high (52000 liras).

Do not be deceived! This is the worst car rental company I have ever used. The listed price seems cheap, but after booking through the platform, I took a taxi for an hour to the airport to pick up the car, only to be faced with all kinds of additional charges, hidden fees, and unreasonable terms. After calculating everything, it was almost the same cost as other rental companies. Moreover, I returned the car nine days early and received no refund, and the absurd one-way fee was just added to the list. Unexpectedly, I lost the registration certificate, and they charged me 390 euros as compensation.

We had to wait almost two hours at the airport before the rental company came to pick us up, thanks to QEEQ for helping us contact them; before returning the car, we encountered an issue with the fuel gauge. The second last day, we filled up the tank (the pump automatically stopped), and after driving only around 20km the next day, one bar (out of 8) on the fuel gauge dropped. On the day we picked up the car, we drove at least 50km. Before returning the car, we decided to add 50 RMB worth of fuel to top it up, but it kept requiring more fuel. We added 50 RMB worth of fuel five times, and fuel was overflowing from the tank, but the gauge still showed only 7 bars (it requires full tank when picking up and returning the car). When we arrived at the rental office, it still showed 7 bars. After handing over the keys, the staff started the car, and the fuel gauge suddenly showed full. This was very suspicious, and when we pointed it out, the staff hurriedly drove the car away. We strongly suspect some tampering had occurred.

We had to wait a little at the arrival hall as the add car agent was with another client. Other than that everything was quite smooth.

Highly satisfied with the car rental process. Picking up and returning the car were smooth, but there is an additional airport parking fee. Initially, I booked a Citroën, but they gave me a Hyundai of the same class instead. The Hyundai was not up to expectations - it felt underpowered, and the driver assistance features couldn't be turned off. Although it was a new car, it didn't feel very good. The rental company charged a deposit as a transaction, not a pre-authorization, and it took a month for it to be canceled. I was quite worried during that period.

5star..Very professional. Every person we interacted with friendly and professional. Wish more business in Jamaica operate like this. Definitely recommend them to persons visiting the Island. Rental vehicle (Toyota Noah) was perfect for my family. Plenty of space throughout the entire vehicle. Vehicle was clean, presentable, well maintained and safe to drive. Thankyou Addcar. We booked the car to be picked up at the airport at 9 PM, but our flight was delayed, and the car rental representative waited for us until around 10 PM. This car rental company doesn't have a storefront at the terminal building. The representative picked up our group of four and drove us to the store, which was very close, about a ten-minute drive. He showed us the order, asked us to sign, and processed the payment. He was really nice, and his English was excellent. He explained everything repeatedly when we didn't understand something. During the insurance part, I showed him the full insurance I bought on QEEQ, and he explained everything to us one by one. Seeing that we had already purchased all the necessary coverage, he didn't try to sell us any additional insurance. Car rentals abroad classify cars by category. We had booked a Mitsubishi Eclipse, but we were given an Opel Mokka instead. The car was cleaned like new and had a full tank of gas. The pick-up, self-driving, and return process were all very smooth and the experience was excellent. I will choose QEEQ for future car rentals abroad. As it was our first time renting a car abroad, we were very cautious at the pick-up, checking the car for nearly ten minutes. When returning the car, the representative just walked around the car for about 10 seconds, then signed the paperwork and drove us to the airport.

The company aggressively pushes customers to buy insurance that costs ten times the rental price. If you don't accept it, they won't rent the car to you, and your original payment is non-refundable.
