The car had been cleaned and was very tidy, but it was old with some scratches and dents. The left front bumper was slightly detached initially, and since we had an accident ourselves, the previous damage was attributed to us.

We arrived at the domestic terminal and saw a lot of car rental companies outside, but no Yeaway, haha. We had to walk a big circle to the international terminal. In the end, we spent a lot of time because we didn't have an international credit card, so we had to cancel the car and rent from another company nearby at a similar price, which didn't require an international credit card and took a deposit of 3000 Thai Baht. We will never rent a car in advance again; renting on the spot is so convenient. The prices are similar. Besides, the website is terrible, only the customer service is worth praising!
