I was overcharged. I booked a $308 deal and I ended up paying $526 (70% more!).

Budget is the worst car rental company I have ever encountered. They added an extra $258 without my consent, including a $53 fuel charge. I repeatedly emphasized that I would return the car with a full tank, yet they still charged me $53 for fuel, taking advantage of my poor English as a woman. This place is truly unscrupulous. Additionally, my flight was rescheduled, and they demanded $250 for a 2-hour delay in returning the car. I will never use Budget again!

Unnecessary charges, extremely irresponsible service

予約は、ホンダフィットと同等ということだったが、来たのはマツダの車であった。ただ、走りやすく、高速でも充分な力を発揮していた。 しかも渋滞中でも使えるクルーズコントロールが付いていたので、楽だった。

No disponen de coches híbrido ni eléctrico como se hizo en la reserva. Personal del mostrador poco amigable.
