The car rental counter was not open when I arrived and I had to wait quite a while as when t did open there were many people in front of me, so it took quite a while
Did not get the car I wanted, the provided vehicle did not meet requirements, the space was too small to fit the luggage. The rental company even said there was too much luggage. Poor service—two people with two suitcases count as too much?
The rental process was smooth, no pressure to buy insurance! The car was relatively new, had no issues, and was fuel-efficient! The return process was also very quick.
Very dissatisfied, long wait times, and they tried to upsell insurance. When I refused, they mentioned state laws to scare me. The originally $400 rental ended up costing $520 per day. Terrible company.
